- Trees at Park have been cut to make park brighter.
- New design and plants at the Entrance.
- Mailboxes are being broken into and vandalized, therefore please report any damage to Beechnut Post Office or to management company.
- Parking of vehicles in grass or on sidewalks is not permitted. Please do not park in yard or sidewalks.
- Loud Music: Please be considerate of your neighbors when having gatherings and playing loud music. Everyone is able to stay up all night, therefore consider ending your gathering at a decent time.
