                                                             Notice of New Assessment Fees

The 2022 annual assessment rate has been increased due to costs of living and repairs for the community. The new assessments amount will be $360. Assessments have been at the same rate for the last 12 plus years, therefore an increase was much needed.  

The Board of Directors would like to advise Homeowners that there is a payment plan option they can take advantage of each year.  The Board of Directors hopes that the payment plan option will reduce the delinquency rate and reduce the number of members that are forwarded to the association’s attorney for further collection actions. 

The payment plans are available. Homeowners needing to extend the terms of the payment plan will need to forward their request in writing to Elite Association Management via mail (see address above) or via email at Patricia@eamhouston.com. It is important to communicate with the management company regarding any pay arrangements that will need to be made to stop further action from being taken. Let’s make our community great by paying our assessments.

Homeowners that have a previous balance and have not been forwarded to the association’s attorney for collections may include the past due balance in the three (3) payments.
